She was asking us the tips or tricks for checking a budget plan from contractors..
so now we will give you a simple explanation about budget plan for buildings..
1. budget plan is a custom made products. every building plan have their own budget plan and the number will change depends on the price of the material at the time .
2. basically budget plan was calculated from the SUM of (a) and (b).

so now we will give you a simple explanation about budget plan for buildings..
1. budget plan is a custom made products. every building plan have their own budget plan and the number will change depends on the price of the material at the time .
2. basically budget plan was calculated from the SUM of (a) and (b).
a. Multiplication between the amount of material required with the market price of the material
b. Multiplication between the working land area to build or to remodel with the labor cost (m2)
3. budget plan was tricky because the amount of material that required only can be calculated precisely by an expert (architect)
4. as a Client, you can check the budget plan simply from the market price of the material. Use your internet connection to "google" about the latest price of the material and then you can match "your price" (the one you've search) with the contractor's price of material.
But, don't forget to add 3-7% of the price of every material for shipping / delivery cost as well as the possibility of price increases in short terms.
5. as a client, you don't have any responsibility to pay more than the budget plan that you have been approved before, in any condition. Even when the price of the material increase 100% or even when the walls they build collapse while in process, because mostly contractor already add 5-10% unexpected cost on the budget plan for that kind of problems.
